• The National Account Sales Director will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts within the Aftermarket division. • This role will focus on both Top Revenue Accounts ($100K+ ACV or 20+ rooftops) and key accounts within the Top 150 Group, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing revenue opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Top Revenue Accounts and Top 150 Group accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts. • Drive new business development by prospecting and securing net new accounts, focusing on those with 50+ locations. • Create and execute account plans that align with company objectives and maximize revenue potential leveraging our Salesforce CRM Pipeline Management SOP. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic initiatives. • Work closely with the Aftermarket National Account team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Manage and utilize account performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. • Manage and create pipeline and reports to track progress against goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, C Suite, or National Account sales, preferably within the aftermarket or automotive industry. • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. • Willingness and ability to manage company CRM against daily metrics, and proven ability to build and manage pipelines. • Ability to travel 75% of the time. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth.
