β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). β’ Proven success in a senior sales role, preferably in a field-based position, with a focus on high-value, strategic deals with school districts. β’ Expertise in consultative selling and managing long, complex sales cycles. β’ Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders. β’ Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing significant deals. β’ In-depth knowledge of the education industry and business environment. β’ Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events (40%). β’ 10+ years of Kβ12 teaching and leadership experience, leading to demonstrable results for students. β’ Background in English Language Development (ELD) and bilingual programs is a plus. β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales performance tools. β’ Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform sales strategies.
