• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in PR agency • Proven track record of driving new business growth • Experience with global CPG, wellness, food & beverage, fashion, and lifestyle brands • Solid understanding of PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Viral Marketing, and Events • Strong grasp of agency performance benchmarks • Financial acuity for managing budgets and forecasts • Goal-driven and self-motivated in high-pressure environments • Strong relationship building and communication skills
