β€’ Develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase client and/or broker base. β€’ Retain and grow existing client and/or broker base. β€’ Create and manage new business opportunities managing Broker relationships and generating up to $2,500,000 in annual revenue. β€’ Analyze data to provide strategic sales consultation to identify and secure renewal and/or upsell opportunities. β€’ Deliver informal and formal presentations to audiences of 25 or more. β€’ Identify territory trends, competition and customer behavior to develop strategic plans that maximize revenue and growth potential.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Six years of sales experience, focused in account management, business development, or client relationship experience. β€’ Insurance industry experience preferred. β€’ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. β€’ Obtain and maintain appropriate state insurance license within six months of employment and meet all continuing education requirements.
