• Efficiently fill vacant positions with excellent medical providers • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with healthcare facilities and providers • Ensure the integrity of our data by following all staffing checklist steps and documentation protocols • Contribute to the strategic plan for our staffing department • Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Requirements

• Candidates who live in Alaska or the Pacific Northwest are preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • The competencies above • Experience in the healthcare field • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office
