• Passionate about making a meaningful difference in rural healthcare • Proactively assess staffing needs and efficiently fill vacant jobs • Develop relationships and maintain high levels of trust with clients and providers • Follow staffing checklist steps and documentation protocols • Contribute to the strategic plan for the staffing department • Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Requirements

• Candidates who live in Alaska or the Pacific Northwest are preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • Experience in the healthcare field • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office • Must be able to work and keep normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM Pacific Daylight Time) • Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) • Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements.
