• Xometry connects people with big ideas to manufacturers who can bring them to life. • The Senior Account Executive will identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive partner initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing the full sales cycle for partner accounts • 3+ years of experience in establishing and scaling partnership programs that drive revenue growth • Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing - including search engine marketing and website optimization • Consultative selling experience with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales strategy development. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Driven to shape the future of manufacturing through strategic sales initiatives • Experience working directly with enterprises in the industrial manufacturing space is strongly preferred • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
